FAQs

Pay&Go is a self-service kiosk that is capable of accepting cash for bills payments, mobile top up and e-Money cash-in.

  • Pay&Go self service kiosks are capable of servicing customers on an extended or 24/7 basis (depending on operating hours of venue partner).
  • Our self-service kiosks have user- friendly features that allow customers to easily complete routine transactions such as bills payment, top up and more.

FOR BILLS PAYMENT:
1. Select the transaction from the screen.
2. Enter your mobile number.
3. Enter the account number.
4. Click Pay, insert the cash and wait for the transaction receipt.
5. You will receive an SMS notification regarding your transaction.
FOR TOP UP:
1. Select transaction
2. Enter your mobile number and amount to be loaded to your account.
3. Insert the cash in the machine and wait for the transaction receipt.
4. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful loading.
FOR ELOAD:
1. Select Eload and choose if own number or other number.
2. Enter the mobile number and select the amount to be loaded.
3. Click Pay Cash, insert the cash in the machine and wait for the transaction receipt.
4. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful loading.

Service fees are applicable to bills payment and for some e-Money billers. The amount may vary depending on the biller partner.

The machine accepts 20, 50, 100, 500, and 1000 Philippine peso bills.

We advise to press the “CANCEL” button when available. The amount will go to the MySukli wallet and the user can just create new transaction with this. For more information on how to use MySukli, please refer to FAQ #8. 

Otherwise, report to the Customer Service of the location or call our hotline.

The machine does not dispense change in cash; any excess amount from the billing will be considered as over payment in your account (except Meralco). For Emoney and e-load transactions, excess amount will be credited to your MySukli account.

  1. Select the preferred biller, and enter the necessary details. 
  2. At the confirmation page, select MySukli instead of PAY CASH.
  3. Type the OTP received via SMS
  4. Wait for the acknowledgment receipt and the confirmation text. 

Credits can be used in any transaction using any Pay & Go kiosk.

Before proceeding with the cash in, ensure that the details in the summary are correct. If you noticed that details were wrong after the transaction was successfully made, kindly call our Customer Care hotline or message Pay &Go on facebook immediately. Reversal of the amount will still be subject to the results of the investigation. Process will take 2-3 weeks.

The machine will only provide transaction receipt; you may request the Official Receipt from the biller.
